Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Keep customers updated on their issues and ensure high satisfaction.
Handle post-sales requests like deliveries, warranties, and refunds.
Promote products during inbound interactions to help boost revenue.
Work toward quarterly sales goals while maintaining excellent service quality.
Manage and track orders and customer data using CRM tools.

Votre profil

Native-level Italian speaker with B2 English proficiency.
Excellent communication skills – you express solutions clearly and confidently.
Problem-solver mindset – you think fast and always aim for customer satisfaction.
Empathetic and patient – you handle frustrated customers with care.
Detail-oriented and organized – you spot issues and follow up until resolved.
Resilient and calm under pressure.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Comfortable using tech tools and CRM systems.
