Au quotidien

Provide first-level support for unmanaged advertisers via Ad Studio
Handle customer contacts via email and chat, with potential phone support in the future
Manage and resolve requests, orders and feedback received via chat
Apply critical thinking to create thoughtful, tailored responses to customer enquiries
Identify sales opportunities and support advertisers as a consulting partner
Provide advertisers with important Ad Studio product knowledge
Log issues and escalate technical enquiries using internal systems

Votre profil

Excellent communication skills, able to provide first-class service to new and returning customers
Experience in chat customer support, including at least 6 months in a similar position
Quick learner with excellent attention to detail
Critical thinker capable of formulating tailored responses
Interest in advertising and marketing
Highly motivated, proactive and adaptable
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Fluent German at native level and good English skills (B2 level or higher)
