Au quotidien

  • Drive computing hardware sales across a portfolio of accounts in the German market
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet strategic business goals (revenue, market share, etc.)
  • Manage accounts proactively depending on whether they are for acquisition (hunting) or growth (farming)
  • Support Global Account Managers with pricing, forecasting, and project follow-up
  • Upsell and cross-sell HP products, ensuring complete portfolio coverage
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and account data in the CRM
  • Understand client needs from both IT and business perspectives to create tailored solutions
  • Deliver against KPIs and revenue targets consistently

Votre profil

  • Native-level German speaker with a good command of English (B2/C1)
  • Experience in B2B Sales, preferably in IT or tech-related industries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive, results-driven attitude
  • Ability to understand both business and technical challenges of clients
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Quick learner, team-oriented, and motivated to hit goals
  • Tech-savvy with interest in innovative solutions
  • Confident problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills
