Accommodation option (for relocation candidates)
If you’re relocating, there’s an option to stay in a room in a company-rented, furnished apartment for at least the first 14 months:
Fully equipped shared apartment (kitchen, living room, Wi-Fi, etc.)
Utilities included within responsible use
Typical commute: 20–60 minutes
Limited availability, generally for candidates living 100+ km from the workplace
No pets allowed

Au quotidien

Handle inbound contacts from pet parents across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
Aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Manage your own caseload in an autonomous, solution-driven setup.
Escalate urgent/sensitive cases and prioritize smartly to reduce business risk.
Log interactions accurately in the CRM for reporting and continuous improvement.
Work with your team to hit KPIs and service objectives.
Keep learning—ongoing training to build product knowledge and customer-care skills.

Votre profil

German native / near-native (spoken + written).
Confident communicating in English in an international workplace.
Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
Comfortable with digital tools and working across multiple systems/tabs.
A genuine interest in animals—bonus if you’re a pet parent or have pet-related experience (pet sitting, dog walking, vet support, etc.).
