Terms of employment:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday with varying shifts, no weekend work
- Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (minimum 30 hours)
- Workplace: remotely from Bulgaria or at the office in Sofia
Training:
- 2 days of theoretical training
- Knowledge test after training
- Continuous learning in the workplace

Au quotidien

Making outbound calls from a Luminus database, targeting both cold and warm leads
Striving to conclude Luminus contracts and assisting with the digital conclusion of contracts
Comparing rates between Luminus and other suppliers
Convincing prospects to become Luminus customers
Making a Happy Call within 48 hours of signing the contract to verify the details
Proposing and selling additional Luminus products and services
Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service

Votre profil

Education: Secondary Education
Languages: Dutch (preferably Flemish), English communication level
Skills: Basic MS Office, SalesForce experience is a plus
Personal qualities:
