Au quotidien

Support content creators and influencers across different social media platforms.
Handle subscription management, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
Respond to new and existing business customers by phone, email, and live chat.
Make outbound callbacks and proactively contact customers who previously requested support.
Assist customers after they have independently purchased services.
Identify effective solutions using the company’s internal knowledge base.
Provide professional, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Focus exclusively on customer support—this is not a sales position.

Votre profil

You are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
You have a good command of English, as the training and internal communication will be in English.
You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You are comfortable using social media platforms and digital tools.
You are customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently.
You are available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 24:00.
You are willing to work fully on-site in Lisbon.
You are eligible to complete the required background and reference checks.
