Process requests from new and existing clients (small and medium-sized businesses) by phone, email and live chat
Independently and proactively provide solutions to clients
Advise, train and support clients before and after service purchases
Resolve technical problems and answer questions about services and products

Votre profil

You are fully proficient in German and fluent in English (B2)
You are available from Monday to Sunday with shifts (rotational)
You have a passion for social media
