Au quotidien

Support B2C and B2B customers by phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat.
Assist passengers with new flight bookings.
Modify existing reservations according to customer requests.
Provide support with flight cancellations and related enquiries.
Handle questions concerning lost property and delayed or missing luggage.
Communicate clearly and professionally in every interaction.
Resolve enquiries efficiently while paying close attention to detail.
Deliver personalised service aligned with the standards of a premium airline.

Votre profil

You have an excellent command of German.
You have previous customer service experience.
You are comfortable assisting customers by phone and through digital channels.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You demonstrate a strong service mindset and a genuine interest in helping customers.
You are professional, organised and attentive to detail.
You remain calm and solution-oriented when handling travel-related issues.
You are available to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
You are willing to live and work in Lisbon, Portugal.
