Au quotidien

Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email or chat
Provide high-quality customer service at all times.
Document relevant case information.
Adapt to the brand & quo voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone/email/chat/messaging channels) and public (social, forums, e-commerce reviews) channels.

Votre profil

You are fluent in French, and you are proficient in English (from B2).
You are able to work in a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm.
