Dutch-speaking Developer Support Agent in Portugal 🇵🇹

Avantages

ull-time position: 40 hours per week.
Monday to Friday rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
22 days of annual leave according to Portuguese legislation.

€7 meal allowance per working day, paid via meal card.

Example monthly package for 22 working days:
With company apartment: €1,109.32 gross cash compensation + accommodation benefit in kind.
Without company apartment: €1,434.82 total gross cash compensation.
The expected initial employment relationship has a foreseeable duration of 12 months, with the possibility of continuing afterwards.

Au quotidien

Manage and resolve escalations and appeals from developers regarding actions taken on their apps.
Investigate complex cases and transform your findings into clear and concise explanations.
Communicate with developers and internal teams through email, chat, and ticketing tools.
Conduct detailed research to identify solutions and provide effective support.
Learn and apply the platform's policies when handling developer requests.
Review, maintain, and curate information and data.
Proofread and review documentation intended for publication.
Provide timely and professional assistance to help developers maintain and improve their apps.

Votre profil

You are fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating professionally in an international environment.
You have experience supporting technical end users and troubleshooting different types of issues.
You are a strong communicator and can explain complex situations in a clear and concise way.
You have excellent attention to detail and strong research and comprehension skills.
You are comfortable multitasking and making decisions when handling complex cases.
You are empathetic, solution-oriented, and capable of maintaining high-quality communication with developers.
You are interested in technology, apps, online platforms, and digital products.
