As part of the Fitbit Customer Support Team, you will:
Assist users with various issues via tickets or calls
Provide case-by-case solutions to everyday device-related questions
Identify and report trending issues and bugs to your supervisors

Votre profil

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who:
Have strong communication skills in Dutch for daily customer interactions
Possess a good command of English (B2 level) for training and internal communications
Are familiar with iOS and Android operating systems
