Au quotidien

Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers and manage payment collection
Assist users with funding their accounts, explaining transaction options, and resolving issues
Educate customers about their account history and the platform’s protection policies
Identify and support vulnerable or insolvent customers
Schedule convenient callbacks and transfer cases to specialized departments when needed
Update internal systems with notes on each customer interaction

Votre profil

Dutch at C2 level and good command of English (B2)
1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or customer service (call center experience preferred)
Strong negotiation skills and high customer empathy
Confident using Microsoft Office and navigating PC-based software tools
Fast learner, adaptable to new technologies, and capable of multitasking across different product queues
Independent, results-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence
