Au quotidien

  • Help users with account registration and login issues.
  • Troubleshoot streaming quality and playback issues.
  • Provide support for apps and devices, including installation and compatibility.
  • Handle enquiries about subscriptions and payments.
  • Assist users with account pauses and cancellations.
  • Gather user feedback to improve the service.

Votre profil

  • Native speaker or fluent in Dutch.
  • Proficient in English (C1 level).
  • Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Interest in streaming services and familiarity with digital entertainment platforms.
