Handling incoming phone calls, chats and emails regarding:
Invoices & reminders
Payments (payment plans, costs for deferred payments)
Rate changes
Complaint handling (overcharged, overpaid)
Retention
General questions about contracts (start/end date)
Relocation requests
Responding to both practical and emotional customer needs
Reporting to the team leader

Votre profil

Education: Secondary school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
Languages: Native Dutch (spoken and written) and communicative English
Experience with CRM systems and strong PC skills
Excellent writing skills with good structure and vocabulary
Empathy, self-confidence, multitasking, strong communication skills, flexibility and motivation
