  • Serve as the first point of contact for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) within the Digital Sales ISV Success Program.
  • Provide outstanding support to ISVs in developing and promoting applications on Microsoft cloud platforms.
  • Execute structured outreach strategies via multiple channels (calls, emails, social).
  • Advocate for customer needs and feedback—be the "Voice of Partner."
  • Position competitive solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer engagement experience.

🎯 This is your new job in Málaga if

Languages: Proficient in Dutch and fluent in English.
Experience:
1-2 years in IT sales, account management, or customer management.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in MS Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps.
