🎯 Your Profile

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level)
  • Good English communication skills (B2 level)
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solver, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
