Provide support for Sales and Order Management teams by handling daily operational payment issues
Interact with payment partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
Manage customer inquiries regarding payments, refunds, VAT changes, and invoicing
Facilitate problem resolution and support escalation as needed

You are fluent in German and English
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
