🎯 Your day to day

As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless reservation experience. Your main tasks include:

  • Handling inbound calls and converting inquiries into bookings
  • Meeting sales and quality targets set by Market Managers and Team Leaders
  • Providing top-tier customer service and assisting with reservations
  • Tracking on-request reservations and ensuring follow-ups
  •  Supporting other markets by handling cross-market calls
  • Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure an outstanding service experience
  • 📑 Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader

🎯 This is your new job in Malta if

To succeed in this role, you should have:

🇮🇹 Fluent Italian (spoken & written)


🇬🇧 Strong English skills (written & spoken)


📍 You live in Malta or can relocate independently (no relocation package)


💻 Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)


🏆 Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus


⏳ Flexible availability (shifts from Monday–Sunday, 08:00–19:00, 40 hours/week)


🎓 Minimum age of 18 years


📅 Availability for at least 12 months
