- Competitive Pay: €30k - €35k base + uncapped commissions (~3% per sale, avg. €1,000/month for senior reps; €500-700/month for junior reps).

🎯 Your day to day
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads from a pool of diverse inquiries.
- Drive sales from initial contact to close, managing medium-ticket deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the CEO and CPO on refining sales strategies and processes.
- Use advanced CRM tools like HubSpot to manage leads and track progress.
- Educate clients on the company’s unique marketplace solutions.

🎯 This is your new remote job if
Experience: 2-3 years in sales, preferably with a focus on the Spanish market.
Sales Focus: Selling to equipment vendors across Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
Languages:
- Spanish: Native (primary)
- English & German: Professional skills (secondary)
- Portuguese: A plus!
- Strong lead filtering and qualification abilities.
- Comfortable managing a medium sales cycle (approx. 3 days) with a 4% conversion rate.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, structured, and result-driven.
Location: Remote within Europe, with an initial 1-2 week paid training session in the Netherlands.
Availability: Starting mid-January.
