🎯 Your day to day
Technical Support: Provide 1st level support to client workers, handling IT requests and issues via phone, mail, chat, or self-service portal
Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting via phone and/or remote access
IT Request Management: Monitor IT requests and issues in the client’s ITSM service management system, including categorization and prioritization
Knowledge Utilization: Use internal knowledge databases to provide a high first resolution rate
Collaboration: Work with client’s 2nd level service organizations and external service providers
User Support: Assist client’s employees in the operation of user systems and peripheral devices

🎯 This is your new job in Barcelona if
Languages: Proficient in German, with very good English skills
Previous experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support, ideally in larger environments
Familiarity with ITSM ticket systems (preferably ServiceNow)
Strong IT knowledge, especially in Windows 10, Office 365, and MS Teams
Good troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
Analytical approach to complex issues
Knowledge of ITIL V4 processes is a plus
High customer and service orientation
