  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone 📞
  • Assist with sales, aftersales, and delivery-related inquiries
  • Offer technical troubleshooting and support for innovative products
  • Navigate multiple browser tabs and virtual desktop applications
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain high performance standards (NPS, conversion rate, AHT, FCR, QA score)

🎓 You will receive two weeks of training to familiarize yourself with the products, systems, and best customer service practices.

🎯 This is your new job in Athens if

  • Fluent German (C2) & English (C1)
  • Strong technical proficiency – ability to navigate multiple applications and a virtual desktop
  • Previous customer service experience (preferably in a CSR or tech support role)
  • Passion for technology and problem-solving
  • Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection
