🎯Your day to day
Independently analyze new customers' requirements regarding the HR software.
Assist with software implementation via email, phone calls, and web demos.
Ensure customer satisfaction through expert advice on HR processes.
Validate, prepare, and support the import of customer data.
Contribute to the creation of training materials, such as help center articles and webinars.
Continuously optimize processes by automating individual work steps.
🎯This is your new job in Sofia if
Fluent German and good English skills (English is required for training and internal communication).
At least 6 months of experience in a call center, preferably in a B2B software environment.
Passion for digital transformation in HR and a problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Comfortable working with MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with Zendesk, Gainsight, or Jira is a plus.
