🎯 Your day to day

  • Assist customers through inbound calls, live chat, email, and social media.
  • Resolve inquiries related to account setup, sign-in issues, payments, and technical concerns.
  • Deliver accurate and timely solutions following company procedures.
  • Guide users through the platform, offering expert support and product knowledge.
  • Build trust through friendly, efficient, and interactive communication.
  • Collect feedback and suggest ways to improve internal workflows.
  • Ensure customers have a positive experience with every interaction.
Your Profile-2

🎯 This is your new job in Lisbon if

  • Native-level French speaker and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Passion for sports and interest in the online gaming industry.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service (minimum 6 months).
  • Great communication and soft skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and digital tools; quick to adapt to new systems.
  • Strong typing skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and high adaptability.
  • Availability to work rotational shifts (including weekends).
