Your day to day-4

Your Role as Customer suport agent

  • You’ll assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional approach.
  • You’ll handle questions related to accounts, payments, and general services in the iGaming industry.
  • You’ll provide valuable feedback to team leads and Country Managers to help improve processes.
  • You’ll help maintain and update the internal knowledge base.

🎯 This is your new job in Malta if

  • You speak Dutch fluently and have a good command of English (spoken and written).

  • You’re available for at least 12 months to work and live in Malta.

  • You have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, go-getter mindset.

  • You’re interested in sports and casino – customer service experience is a plus but not a must.
