Provide insightful help to customers who have problems with devices or services and ensure a seamless service experience.
Answer questions on product features, usage and technical issues

Dutch is your first language and you speak and write English fluently
You have a passion for technology and a talent for simplifying complex technology for consumers
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy resolving customer queries

Proficient in the MS Office suite and technically savvy enough to guide customers through software and hardware challenges
Previous experience in technical support is an advantage, but not mandatory
