🎯 Your day to day

- Provide comprehensive support to customers facing technical issues with devices or services, ensuring a high-quality service experience
- Handle inquiries about product functionalities, usage, and technical problems across phone, email, and chat channels
- Assist in managing product orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
- Guide customers through account settings, app downloads, and installations on the Play Store
- Process refund requests and address payment-related issues, including unauthorized charges
- Support with high-level issues from third-party developers and guide customers on the use of digital gift cards

🎯 This is your new job in Athens if

- Dutch is your first language, and you possess fluency in English, both in oral and written communication


- A tech enthusiast with the ability to demystify complex technologies for consumers


- You have outstanding communication skills and are proficient in resolving customer inquiries


- Globally minded and adaptable in your customer service approach


- Skilled in MS Office and adept at guiding customers through both software and hardware issues


- Experience in technical support is a plus, though not required
