Comprehensive Training: 5 working days of intensive training including integration into the Teleperformance Portugal team, software training, product training, and customer management training.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00.
Holiday and Christmas Allowances: Equal to the base salary, paid as a monthly percentage on top of your salary.
Meal Allowance: €7.00 per day, provided by a debit card for tax exemption.
Health Insurance: Available from the first day of the employment contract.
Total Package Compensation: €1,240.66 (with apartment benefit) or €1,657.71 (without apartment benefit)
Contract Details: Fixed-term, renewable working contract signed on the first day of training. Initial 12-month contract, extendable up to 24 months.
Permanent employment after 2 years. Trial period of 30 days.
Performance Bonus: Up to €540.00 per quarter based on performance towards Key Performance Indicators.

Native Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills
