🎯 Your day to day
Handle inbound calls and emails from customers regarding presales and after sales issues
Assist customers with inquiries about order status, returns, and refunds
Address customer concerns about defective products, payment queries, and return labels
Walk customers through the company’s website, helping them locate products and information
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries

🎯 This is your new job in Athens if
Proficiency in Danish (SE) is required, with a minimum of C1 level in English
Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to actively listen and engage with customers
Comfortable navigating and guiding customers through the company's website. No prior technical support experience is required
Self-sufficient, confident, adaptable, and empathetic with a pleasant and positive attitude
Ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently and create a seamless customer experience
