🎯 Your day to day
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat for a variety of inquiries, including:
- Hardware and software issues.
- Product analytics and technical troubleshooting.
- Order details, refunds, and membership queries.
- Assist with social media support when required.
- Utilize over 20 internal and external tools to solve problems efficiently.
- Translate complex technical issues into user-friendly solutions.
- Strive to meet key performance indicators such as case resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.

🎯 This is your new job in Athens if
- Language Skills: Native or C2 level German and B2 level English.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills, familiarity with MS Office, and advanced typing skills (≥ 25 wpm, ≥ 85% accuracy).
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional written communication, multitasking ability, and problem-solving focus.
- Interest in Technology: Passion for wearable tech and fitness tracking is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required, but technical support or troubleshooting experience is preferred.
