Contract Type: Labor contract with full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) options.

Operational Hours:

- Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm

- Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (email handling only)

- Mostly home office after full training

- No work on Sundays

Training:

- Initial training of 2 modules, each 1 week long

-± 1 month working experience between modules

- Combination of classical and on-the-job training

Your day to day-4

🎯 Your day to day

Handle incoming calls, chat, and email related to:

-Invoices & reminders

- Payments (payment plans, costs for delayed payments)

- Tariff changes

- Complaint handling (overcharged, overpaid)

- Retention

- General contract inquiries (start/end dates)

- Move requests

- Address both practical and emotional needs of the customers

- Report to the Team Lead

Your Profile-2

🎯 This is your new job in Sofia if

Education: Secondary school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Languages: Native-level Dutch (oral and written) and communicative English

Experience with CRM systems and strong PC skills

Excellent writing skills with good structure and vocabulary

Empathy, self-confidence, multitasking, strong communication, flexibility, and motivation
