  • Act as the first point of contact for business customers across various industries.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend cloud-based solutions.
  • Inform customers about Microsoft's technologies and services.
  • Generate leads, close sales, and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, including customer satisfaction and conversion rates.

🎯 This is your new job in Athens if

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2).
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and CRM tools.
  • Soft Skills: Advanced communication and customer-oriented skills.
  • Typing Speed: 55+ words per minute.
  • Experience: Proven B2B sales experience preferred, especially in IT.
  • Passion for Technology: Familiarity with Microsoft products and competitors, as well as a cultural understanding of the Dutch market.
