Type of contract:
Employment contract with full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) options.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (email handling only)
- Usually home office after full training
- No work on Sundays
Training:
- Initiële training of 2 modules, each 1 week long
- ± 1 month of work experience between modules
- Combination of classroom training and on-the-job training

Handle incoming phone calls, chats and emails regarding:
Invoices & reminders
Payments (payment plans, deferred payment charges)
Rate changes
Complaint handling (overcharged, overpaid)
Retention
General questions about contracts (start/end date)
Responding to both practical and emotional needs of customers
Relocation requests
Reporting to the team leader

Education: High school diploma required, bachelor's degree is preferred
Languages: Native Dutch (oral and written) and communicative English
Experience with CRM systems and strong PC skills
