- Provide clear, accurate solutions related to a wide range of topics — from login problems to technical issues with WiFi, TV connections, or remote controls.
- Translate the brand's image and values through every customer interaction.
- Close each call with a positive attitude and ensure high customer satisfaction.

### **Jouw profiel**

- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written); good command of English is a plus.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Empathetic, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable explaining technical information in a clear and patient manner.
- Commercial mindset — you enjoy recommending additional services or upgrades.
- Tech-savvy or interested in technology (no experience required, but it's a plus).
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
