Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels.
Assist customers with service and maintenance appointments, vehicle-related enquiries, and roadside assistance requests.
Provide guidance on connected vehicle services, mobile applications, infotainment systems, and subscription-based features.
Handle customer cases and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
Coordinate appointments, service arrangements, courtesy vehicle requests, and customer follow-ups.

Jouw profiel

Fluency in German, with a minimum C1 level.
Good command of English, at B2 level or above.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A customer-focused mindset and a genuine interest in helping people.
Good computer literacy and confidence using digital tools and platforms.
Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications.
An interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
A driving licence and good geographical awareness would be advantageous.
