Assist customers with placing orders for medical devices (not the insulin itself) based on medical prescriptions
Provide information and guidance on test or demo kits
Resolve issues related to payments and shipping
Manage inquiries via phone and email
Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer needs
Jouw profiel
Native-level German speaker and proficient in English (both written and spoken)
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable with phone and email-based customer interactions
Ability to assist customers with order and shipment-related inquiries
Familiar with using customer service software systems
Motivated to learn about Insulet’s products and services
