Customer Service Representative for Salt (German Market)
Voordelen
- Base salary: €1,300/month gross
- Performance bonus: Up to €240/month
- Working hours: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday between 08:00–00:00
- Location: On-site in Moschato, Athens
- Relocation package: Yes — support offered for candidates moving from abroad

Van dag tot dag
- Handle inbound calls and emails from German-speaking customers
- Support clients with billing, PIN/PUK issues, roaming questions, and general connectivity issues
- Assist with service renewals and promote additional products such as mobile security, TV, and internet
- Deliver top-quality service while maintaining Salt’s customer satisfaction and retention goals
- Use internal systems to manage, resolve, and follow up on customer inquiries
Jouw profiel
- C2 level German — native or near-native fluency
- B2 level English — for internal communication and training
- Strong technical aptitude — confident navigating mobile and internet services
- Experience in customer service or sales support is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to relocate to Athens (relocation support provided)
