Content review: You will review and analyze communications to ensure it meets company standards and helps customers in the best possible way.
Optimization: You identify potential for improvement in the responses and help to continuously improve the automation.
Teamwork: You will work closely with your global team to share best practices and jointly optimize customer interactions.

Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
Minimum age of 18 years
High school diploma or completed training
Availability for at least 12 months
No knowledge of Portuguese required
