### **Van dag tot dag**

- Be the voice of L’Oréal on social media, handling 1:1 and 1:many interactions.
- Respond to comments and direct messages with personalized, meaningful replies.
- Animate and moderate communities across different social channels.
- Redirect conversations to the right teams (e.g. social managers, brand support).
- Safeguard brand reputation by using the correct tone and messaging.
- Monitor online trends and report key insights using tools like Sprinklr.

### **Jouw profiel**

- You are a native German speaker with good English skills (minimum B2).
- Previous experience managing social media communities or creating high-engagement content (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Excellent written communication and customer-focused mindset.
- Problem-solver with empathy and strong teamwork skills.
- Confident using digital tools and social media platforms.
- Experience in cosmetics, luxury, or customer service is a plus.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 20:00).
