Your day to day

Assist players with issues, reports, and support requests through back office channels.
Review uploaded content and ensure it follows the required guidelines.
Label and categorize content accurately according to internal processes.
Focus on player satisfaction and provide a smooth, high-quality support experience.
Share player feedback with the relevant internal teams.
Work closely with your team to improve support processes and service quality.

Your profile

You are fluent in Polish and have a good level of English.
You have gaming experience and understand players’ mindset, communities, and expectations.
You are empathetic and able to understand issues from a player’s perspective.
You have an interest in player support, content review, labelling, or customer support.
You are detail-oriented and motivated to help players enjoy the best possible gaming experience.
You are available to work full-time in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
