Your day to day
- Handling incoming phone calls, chats and emails regarding:
- Invoices & reminders
- Payments (payment plans, costs for deferred payments)
- Rate changes
- Complaint handling (overcharged, overpaid)
- Retention
- General questions about contracts (start/end date)
- Relocation requests
- Responding to both practical and emotional customer needs
- Reporting to the team leader
Your profile
- Education: Secondary school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Languages: Native Dutch (spoken and written) and communicative English
- Experience with CRM systems and strong PC skills
- Excellent writing skills with good structure and vocabulary
- Empathy, self-confidence, multitasking, strong communication skills, flexibility and motivation
