Avantages

Comprehensive training: 15 working days (80 hours) to integrate into Teleperformance Portugal, including software training, product training and customer management training.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Holiday and Christmas bonuses: Equivalent to your basic salary, paid as a monthly percentage in addition to your salary.
Meal allowance: £7.00 per day, paid tax-free via a debit card.

Au quotidien

Customer contact: Communicate with customers via live chat, phone, email, web forms and social media.
Request management: Process customer requests for information and complaints.
Excellent service: Provide accurate and timely beauty and product advice.
E-commerce support: Answer questions about returns, deliveries or refunds.
Product care advice: Make recommendations on products, alternatives or special features.
Database maintenance: Handle data-related enquiries (GDPR, newsletter unsubscriptions, data breaches).
Registration of health reports: Document health-related conditions.

Votre profil

Native German speaker with excellent communication skills
Good English skills (at least B2 level: written, spoken and reading)
Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Empathy and focus on customer satisfaction
Team player, good IT skills and competence in using reporting tools
Flexible and willing to work shifts
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry
Knowledge and experience with digital and social media
Previous experience in customer service
