Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to assist customers in placing orders for frozen foods.
Make personalised recommendations to meet customer preferences and needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and providing excellent service.
Place orders, manage customer accounts and resolve queries efficiently.
Using your product knowledge and persuasive skills to enhance the customer experience.

Votre profil

You are fluent in Dutch and enjoy interacting with people over the phone.
You are extrovert, communicative and have a feel for customer needs.
You have a positive attitude, a sense of humour and enthusiasm for sales.
You thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven environment and are looking for a long-term role.
Previous experience in sales, retail or hospitality is a plus.
You have a passion for providing excellent service and offering quality products.
