Votre profil

Fluent in German and English
High school diploma or higher (preferred)
Experience in the hotel/travel industry (desirable)
Experience in a call centre, ideally in sales and/or customer service
Strong communication skills and social intelligence
Knowledge of web navigation and adaptability to technological changes
