  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat
  • Providing efficient solutions and support for technical or general concerns
  • Documenting customer interactions to improve the service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously optimize the customer experience
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service

Votre profil

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2) and a good command of English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy dealing with customers
  • Solution-oriented mindset and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • First experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory
