Votre profil

You are fluent in Dutch and have a high level of English (C1)
You have excellent listening and communications skills
You have familiarity with online advertising products and social media
You have proficient solid Microsoft Office experience
You are open to learning all about customer care strategies and understanding of company products
You are outgoing and charming
You are able to work 40 hours per week
Experience in customer support is a plus
