You will assist customers via telephone, email and live chat with a friendly and professional approach.
You will handle questions about accounts, payments and general services in the iGaming industry.
You will provide valuable feedback to team leaders and Country Managers to help improve processes.
You will assist in maintaining and updating the internal knowledge base.

Votre profil

You speak fluent Dutch and have a good command of English (spoken and written).
You are available to work and live in Malta for at least 12 months.
You have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, go-getter mentality.
You are interested in sports and casinos - experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a must.
You are open to night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
