Troubleshooting platform-related issues and guiding users towards effective solutions.

Votre profil

Native-level German (C2) and at least B2 English proficiency.
Experience or strong interest in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (mandatory).
A stable professional background without frequent job changes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving ability and a patient approach to customer interactions.
Tech-savvy, with quick adaptability to new platforms and tools.
Familiarity with website builders or CMS platforms is a big plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
