🎯 Your day to day

  • Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with Facebook’s policies.

 

  • Check ads and review video content for policy adherence.

 

  • Moderate Instagram comments and posts, as well as videos made with Spark AR.

 

  • Identify violations such as Intellectual Rights or Trademark infringements.

 

  • Provide chat, email, and outbound call support.

 

  • Analyze complex text and interact fluently with both users and internal teams.

 

  • Work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

 

  • Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

🎯 This is your new job in Athens if

  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2 level) and have strong English skills (B2 level).

 

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a call center or customer support role, ideally in a B2C environment. B2B experience is a plus.

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

  • Strong multitasking abilities, with a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.

 

  • Experience in online advertising is preferred.

 

  • Proven ability to work both independently and within a team.

 

  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
