Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in the German market.
Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with your team to meet collection goals.

Dein Profil

You are fluent in German (C1/native) and have a good command of English.
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
Ideally, you have previous experience in collections, customer service, or call center roles.
You are detail-oriented, solution-driven, and a team player.
