Dein Alltag

Providing excellent customer support via phone and email in German.
Assisting with inquiries regarding product usage, handling, and advanced device settings.
Troubleshooting technical issues and responding to device alerts to ensure patient safety.
Managing product orders and processing demo kit requests.
Assisting with payments and coordinating orders based on medical prescriptions.

Dein Profil

Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
Ability to work in shifts (24/7 availability including weekends).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Empathy and the ability to remain calm while helping patients.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new medical technologies.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
